With over 13 years of experience as OPI wholesale distributors, 's most popular products now include the new OPI Downtown LA Collection, which was inspired by the beautiful and artsy elements of Los Angeles' unique cityscape.Īccording to the team at, the collection is meant to encapsulate the essence of fall through dark, mellow tones, such as purples, blues, and forest greens, while also combining classic pastels that invoke the aura of timeless nostalgia. Glitter formulas give off serious sparkle, but none are quite as fiery as holographic finishes-they provide a jaw-dropping, blinged-out look to the nail that makes them look like, an online marketplace for today's top gel nail supplies, is now offering 12 new OPI fall nail colors to nail salon and spa owners, as well as individual consumers. : OPI Nail Lacquer in I’m Not Really a Waitress is a festive take on red with its subtle shimmer. Then, there’s the shimmer and glitter category: Shimmer, frost, and pearl are all pretty similar in that they give a slightly sparkly look to the nail-you may not be able to catch a glimpse of individual grains of glitter, but the polish will catch the light in a way that crème formulas cannot. Jelly polish is similar, but tends to be in a more vibrant shade with a wet finish, while crellies are hybrids between jellies and crèmes. While OPI Nail Lacquer in Funny Bunny is a sheer white that’s perfect for layering, OPI Nail Lacquer in Alpine Snow is an opaque cream that creates a pop of white in one stroke. Sheer is another common finish, which is just that-sheer, allowing the natural nail to peek through, even after multiple coats. The finish that you’ll see most frequently is a cream or crème finish, which means that the polish is fully opaque and creamy without shimmer or glitter. OPI is a three-free brand, which means its formulas do not contain three of the most hazardous ingredients commonly found in nail polish: Formaldehyde, toluene and dibutyl phthalate (DBP).Īlmost as varied as your nail polish color options are your choices for finish. This makes sense as polishes frequently contain chemicals that are recognized as carcinogens when tested on animals, though they’re used in smaller amounts. IngredientsĪs beauty formulas have gotten cleaner over the years, so have nail polishes-but many lacquers continue to get a bad rap. OPI (as well as other nail brands) makes hundreds of hues, so when selecting your next mani color, don’t be afraid to go with your gut, or try something new-you never know when you’ll discover your next fave shade. We’ve outlined a bunch of our top picks above, but we wholeheartedly recommend using those colors as a jumping-off point. Perhaps the most important aspect of any nail polish selection is the shade. Cinema for netflix mac12/10/2023 Although iTunes supports Atmos on select titles, you’ll need an Apple TV 4K to get that level of quality. Most on-demand streaming services - some of which also act as hosts for purchased digital copies - do not support Dolby Atmos. While a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray isn’t necessary to get Atmos sound, it’s often not included with the 1080p Blu-ray version. In some cases, you’ll need to buy (or rent) a physical Blu-ray copy to get the full Dolby Atmos experience. As with Netflix, you’ll want to browse those services’ libraries (see all of Atmos, 4K, and Dolby Vision HDR are included in Disney+’s standard $8/month subscription fee.Īmazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Vudu, and HBO Max are some of the other services to offer Atmos support. Kudos to the well-balanced dialogue, biting audio, killer low end, and heart-pumping overhead sounds - the skyscraper rooftop scene where Neo takes on a helicopter and slows time to dodge bullets is a highlight. It all builds to an edge-of-your-seat experience. The movie is a wild mix of science fiction, action, and groundbreaking VFX (or at least the effects were groundbreaking in 1999). Morpheus recruits Neo (Keanu Reeves), a rogue computer programmer, to fight back, free humanity, and destroy the virtual reality “Matrix” in which they’re held captive. In the movie, a group of freedom fighters led by Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), have freed themselves from the bondage of a dystopian reality in which machines have enslaved humans for energy. Whether to take the red pill or the blue pill remains one of the most iconic decisions in film history - to stay asleep and controlled or wake up and learn the truth. Buy Blade Runner 2049 on Blu-ray from Amazon Director Denis Villeneuve somehow manages to pay tribute to the original film while telling a wholly new story that ties into the events of the first Blade Runner. We hear the low rumble of waterfalls exiting the city’s huge barrier wall, but then things get deafly quiet as Hans Zimmer’s (of course) score accentuates the vastness of the empty landscape with soaring horns and haunting voices. The film is striking and visually lush, packed with gorgeous details that flesh out K’s futuristic Los Angeles and the locales he visits in his investigation, including the eerie wasteland outside the city where K and Joi speed to in their flying car. In the course of his work, he stumbles across a conspiracy, which in turn begins to unlock memories that - by all accounts - he shouldn’t have. Set some 28 years after the events of Ridley Scott’s 1982 classic, the movie follows Officer K (Ryan Gosling), a replicant - the movie’s term for android - who is tasked with hunting down and “retiring” older replicant models. Without further ado, here’s our roundup of the best Dolby Atmos movies you can own at home. And, of course, one of the best ways to experience Dolby Atmos is through the thousands of Blu-ray DVDs available. Nowadays, you can find Dolby Atmos in a wider range of places than ever, including with select movies and shows across a number of streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, and Disney+. The only thing you’ll need to get the party started is the right Atmos compatible A/V gear (TV, speakers, Blu-ray player, A/V receiver), and the right movies to knock your socks off. Bree runway real name12/10/2023 "This song was birthed out of a session where I was reminiscing on some party nights out where I'd be in a Rolls Royce that wasn't rented. We were supposed to have Tate fly in, but we ended up shooting in our living rooms." "ROLLS ROYCE" The video is also something I'll hold close to my heart, as it was shot at the start of quarantine during the peak of lockdown. And who other than Tate? She's so animated and full of personality, everything this song is. "In Tate's words: 'Omg! It's like Brandy and Monica, but rap.' And in mine: 'Yes, exactly.' I originally wrote two verses whilst on a trip in Sweden-one in a super British accent, one in a super American accent one character called Keisha and one called Lisa-but I sat on the song for a second and realised it would be better to actually have another girl on it. I hope I have that same kind of impact in the years to come." "DAMN DANIEL" f/ Yung Baby Tate I was shook! She just means so much to me her work is still as iconic as it was when I was a kid, and that’s timeless-that's that icon shit. I kept saying, 'OMG! Missy thee legend, the icon! I almost dropped my laptop. When I got her verse back, tears were literally streaming down my face. With fingers crossed, we sent it over to her hoping she'd like it and she did. It was late, so in my head it had to be an emergency and you damn right it was! He said, 'Missy Elliott wants to do a record with you.' I was like, 'With WHO?' 'ATM' was always one of those songs that felt incomplete to me, but the lightbulb moment hit us and Missy was definitely the missing piece of the puzzle. So I thought, 'It's time to hit the sheets.' I was just about to close my eyes and my A&R called. I was literally glued to my phone basking in all the love till my eyes literally couldn't handle anymore. So I had just released 'GUCCI', and it was causing a frenzy online. He got stuck right in, and I heard that aggressive, distorted guitar and was taken aback! I was like, 'Yesss! This is what I want to be screaming: All you do is li-li-lie, li-li-lie lie on." "ATM" f/ Missy Elliott Press play on something SCARY and exciting.' I had a very big middle finger I wanted to throw up to a certain guy, and I needed the production to reflect that, and no word of a lie, he didn't even take his coat off. I don't want to hear NO regular pop chords, seriously. I said to Easy Fun, 'I need you to give me the most un-PC music shit right now. "I remember walking into the studio-it was a session with Easy Fun and Cleo. I wanted the video to be a visual representation of what going 'APESHIT' looks like viewers are met with fast-paced shots and me going nuts! I said, 'Fuck looking pretty or posing. I want this video to be nuts and crazy, because that's really what I am.'" "LITTLE NOKIA" The room was as hype as the outcome of the song, and of course it was important to mirror that energy in the video. Typical of me to be jumping around and freestyling whilst my friends mess around on Ableton, but there was something about the 'APESHIT' chords that just stuck! I looked at the producer, Moon Willis, and said: 'Hold on! We have something here.' The chorus melody came about almost instantly, and it was super easy to wrap this. Take it in below and cop or stream the full album on iTunes or Spotify now. In just the last year, we've had chrome-covered funk ("GUCCI"), rap and R&B bombast ("APESHIT") and caustic mosh-pit anthems ("LITTLE NOKIA"), the latter of which was given a Rico Nasty-assisted remix. The influence of early 2000s MTV excess is an obvious one, but mixed in with that are proud celebrations of her Ghanaian heritage, distorted punk noise, and a swagger that could only have come from her East London stomping ground. But she's so much more than the "new Missy", and we're sure she'd dismiss such a description (as well as comparisons to Kelis and Grace Jones). Her hyper-futuristic aesthetic, disregard for genre boundaries and galactic-sized personality are all working together to realise Missy's vision. Seemingly capable of making things happen by speaking them into existence, in March, she tweeted hip-hop superstar Missy Elliott asking her jump on a remix to one of her songs, and just six months later, Missy is one of the featured artists on Bree's new mixtape, 2000AND4EVA.įor a lot of her fans, Bree Runway is Missy's natural successor. We are confident that the legal process will result in a solution that provides adequate funding for the MAP program moving forward."Īscension Seton has continued to provide equitable care for all MAP patients for the past several years despite Central Health’s financial shortfall, and it will continue to support MAP patients as the legal process proceeds. "We are disappointed to see that Central Health is attempting to distort the facts surrounding demand for MAP services and the nature of our agreement. "We question the need for maintaining such large reserves of taxpayer dollars when the critical healthcare programs those dollars are intended for remain underfunded," said Davis. The public entity is also incurring significant new administrative expenses, such as a new headquarters facility, which will come at a reported cost of $63 million. This approach is not dictated by lack of funds.Ĭentral Health’s contingency reserves have multiplied eightfold in the past five years, currently sitting at more than $300 million - even as there are unmet needs in the population the agency was created to serve. Over the years, its distinctive approach has benefited residents, saving and improving thousands of lives by providing equitable access to healthcare throughout the community, while also maintaining the lowest tax rate of the six largest safety net hospital districts in the state.Īs demand for MAP services continued to grow in recent years, however, Central Health continued to enroll more and more people into the program while refusing to adjust its reimbursement to Ascension Seton for such services accordingly. MAP is the healthcare program for economically vulnerable residents in Travis County and is part of the "safety net" system. It is unfortunate that Central Health through its inappropriate actions has forced us to take this legal action to ensure that Central Health meets its commitments to the community it was created to serve." "Even with today’s developments, we will continue to focus first on caring for patients, aligned with our mission to provide quality care to all. "Despite Central Health’s ongoing refusal to support increasing demand for MAP services and disregard of the existing contract regarding MAP membership, Ascension Seton has worked in good faith to continue providing critical healthcare services to Travis County residents," said Andy Davis, President and CEO, Ascension Texas. After years of attempted negotiation and mediation, Ascension Seton has no choice other than to seek a legal remedy. Ascension Seton also maintains that Central Health has unilaterally overenrolled individuals into the healthcare program while refusing to provide funding to support the care for these additional patients. For more than five years, and as the Travis County population continues to grow, demand for MAP services has far exceeded the number of individuals the program was designed and funded to support. Central Health repeatedly cites a 10-year-old agreement in their lawsuit, but completely ignores 23 agreements they have ratified since then that detail baseline numbers for appointments in specialty care.Īscension Seton maintains that Central Health has misrepresented its agreement and used distorted numbers to inaccurately represent growth of the MAP program. The data clearly demonstrates the success of the MAP program - through improved clinical outcomes and a better continuum of care. Ascension Seton believes that Central Health’s taxpayer-funded lawsuit is focusing on the wrong numbers. This action seeks to address Central Health’s over-enrollment and underfunding of the Medical Access Program (MAP), the county indigent healthcare program and the public-private partnership designed to provide equitable access to care for Travis County’s economically vulnerable residents.Īscension Seton had been seeking a good faith resolution to Central Health’s continued refusal to support increased demand for MAP services but was forced to seek legal remedy after Central Health refused to engage in further good faith discussions and negotiations. Steamworld heist cheat engine12/9/2023 Do yourself a favor play Steamworld: Heist. Though it's story is lacking and it's disappointing that it never reaches the level it feels like it should, Steamworld: Heist remains a fun and surprisingly deep strategy game with a ton of heart. I've been having a lot of fun with Steamworld: Heist and I'm probably going to go back to it over some bigger name games when I have free time. Even if you do succeed, any character that doesn't won't reap the benefits so any one move done hastily could be a huge difference maker for you and your party. The game also features a pretty cool risk VS reward system that allows you to gain a ton of money and experience points if you win but as you guessed, lose out big time if you don't. One enemy may be able to take away your cover, while another may have a huge powerful weapon that damages your entire party. The game also does a pretty great job of throwing different enemy types at you. While those characters do pretty much comply with your typical class system, even characters who share the same "class" can change drastically over the course of a battle. Different playable characters have different buffs that allow them to change throughout battle. It's a pretty simple system really but if you really want to get the most out of it, it takes a lot of timing, practice and patience.Ī good deal of that practice has to do with how well the game forces you to stay on your toes and deal with each encounter differently than the last. You're never really out of a fight, especially if you're able to pull of a really cool bad ass trick shot. The key here is that you'll aim in real time and your bullets will bounce off and around obstacles, which opens up the gameplay to some really cool possibilities. Likewise, a cheat for Metroid: Zero Mission, to acquire Chozodia Energy Tank 3 using xdotool (again, will only work on Linux). You'll take turns either moving your team into position, falling back or taking shots at enemies. A script to cheat at Owlboy's Boguin Cannon challenge, which relies on the xdotool command (ie: will only work on Linux). Citing classics like XCOM as inspiration, Steamworld: Heist is a 2D turn-based shooter. While Steamworld: Dig was built on a combination of crafting and action, Heist takes a decidedly different approach. Even though I ended up not really caring about the story, I cared about the characters and their interactions because of how well they were written. It's the type of quirky humor that was around for Steamworld: Dig but the game seemed almost too afraid to fully embrace. My favorites were some of the meta moments, like when a pari of AI's sit around and discuss their very existence. There are a number of witty conversations and ideas here that took me by complete surprise. That's not to say though that there's no originality in Heist though, far from it as the writing is far better than here than the story deserves. Without even playing it you get the idea, good vs bad, fighting for yourself vs fighting for the greater good.all of that. The story brings to mind memories of franchises like Firefly with it's Steampunk ethics and space pirate themes but unfortunately Steamworld: Heist never really reaches those levels of storytelling as everything is pretty mundane beyond the initial idea. You control a ragtag group of smuggler robots led by Captain Piper Faraday, who normally fights for her own benefit but she's forced into a conflict when a evil entity oversteps it's bounds. Earth has been blown up into fragments that float through space and the robots that inhabit those fragments are in a constant battle to survive. More tricks, tips and cheats for this game are right here - SteamWorld Heist cheats. I can find the locations easily enough, but the game needs to write the value to 2 different addresses at the same time, and bugger me if I could work it out. The following guide will show you the best way to progress and looks at the weapons and items in the game and how to use them. You can easily edit the values to match the maximum levels, or minimum if they're too high. You can select up to 9 pouches, and you will have to lock it there or the game will force it back to 6. The pouch level is hooked into the coins, which was the easiest way to find the offset. In all cases, these work of the loss off an item, so you can activate, but things won't change until you 'use' it, either by spending coins, getting hurt or using water.
